General conditions


By accepting an offer or placing an order, the customer accepts our terms and conditions. even so when the customer mentions his own terms and conditions on his order.


The following terms apply specifically to a sale to consumers through our website, by telephone, by mail or by fax with Cosy House, without previous contact between the seller and buyer so we can speak about a "sales agreement on distance ".


On the website prices are shown 21% VAT inclusive, the shipping costs will be charged separately if there is not selected 'pick-up in store'.


The end user hereby agrees that the order placed through the web shop has the same value as a private document. The confirmation by mail of your order will serve as proof of irrevocable order


In our web shop "table fashion" all our products are customized, samples excluded. The End  User hereby declares to have no right to return any customized items. To convince and avoid any doubt of color or print we offer the customer the possibility to buy multiple samples.


When it comes to the web shop "bed fashion", Cosy House  applies The General  conditions where the consumer has the right to report the cancelation of his purchase  without fines but with the obligation to return the item within 8 calendar days after delivery day. these unused and undamaged products have to Be returned in the same original packaging. after inspection We retain the right to refuse the returned goods if not conform to the above requirements. The costs for these returns are always on the customer's charge.


Your order is always handled with the necessary quality, should it happen that there is à problem we missed, we achieve to have a mutual agreement. It may be that in the coated tablecloths, a small bump or a tiny printing flaw appears. Each tablecloth is manually cut and finished, therefore a small deviation can occurre in the specified dimension. Complaints to this deviations of less than 3% are therefore not accepted. Any complaint must Be reported to us within 8 days after delivery or pick up. 


For each product, the special maintenance instruction is communicated so that the customer is informed of this specific maintenance.


If the buyer chooses to collect in one of our stores, he will be informed by telephone when his order can be collected.


Duvet covers and tablecloths are available from stock, if the item (Cosy House is dependent on suppliers) are not in our possession, the customer will be notified. If the item is not available within a month, the customer may cancel the order free of charge and there can be demanded no damages to Cosy House.


A specified delivery should never be regarded as binding unless expressly agreed otherwise. The consumer is not entitled to any compensation 


Unclaimed goods become our property after 6 months.


All agreements are subjected to Belgian law. All disputes arising out of a contract between the buyer and Cosy House, which cannot be amicably settled, will be handled by the competent courts of Mechelen.In case of a complaint, we expect a registered letter where in you clearly demonstrate your complaint. every complaint to Cosy House Will Be replied to The consumer within 10 working days.
